Delivery
Delivery place: Factory located in Foshan, China. The nearest port of delivery is Nansha Port in Guangzhou, or Shekou Port in Shenzhen.Delivery Method
There are two delivery methods for capsule houses: whole house and disassembled modular houses.-
Whole house delivery: Shipped in 40ft flat rack container due to house width up to 3.2m. Suitable for 1–2 houses. Higher shipping cost.

Disassembled modular house delivery: Shipped in 40HQ. More cost-effective and suitable for large quantity orders.
Installation
Installation service is not included.-
Whole house: Simple installation, only needs a crane to place on a prepared base.

Disassembled modular: Assembly drawings and video tutorials provided. Some construction experience is required.
If you purchase many houses for a project, we can arrange for a Holaj engineer to guide installation on-site or provide support through a local agent. Currently available in Europe, the USA, the Middle East, Australia, and other regions. Additional charges apply.
We can also support DDP (Door to Door) service. If you're an individual with no import experience, please contact our sales manager for details.
